Hi, I’m Natalie! A mentor, coach, subconscious reprogramming expert, energy healer, podcaster, mastermind leader, and proud mama of two.
I help ambitious women stop shrinking to fit into a life that never truly fit in the first place. My work is about helping you come home to yourself so you can show up confident, embodied, and fully expressed in business, motherhood, and beyond.
I’m a present mom and wife. A former corporate high-achiever who walked away from the “perfect on paper” life to build something real and mine.

From Burned Out to Lit Up: My Journey to Becoming a Quantum Coach + Mentor
I checked every box.
The degree. The marriage. The job title. The house. The kids. The salary.
From the outside, it looked like I had it all.
But inside? I felt invisible. Disconnected. Like I was living someone else’s dream.
For over a decade, I climbed ladders that led nowhere I wanted to go. I felt stuck, small, and stifled until I decided I was done.

- Two beautiful, healthy kids (after being told I might not be able to have them)
